In this project I used mixed effect modelling to compare the performance of different 3D segmentation tools

Type of data: scores for segmentation precision and accuracy of different segmentation tools. Data consisted of different 3D stacks with different data quality.

Goal: Compare the performance of different 3D segmentation tools while accounting for image quality variation between stacks.

Approach: I fitted data to a linear regression model with random effect to account for variation between the different datasets, followed by a Tukey posthoc test.
