I am a scientific researcher and data analyst with a strong background in immune-oncology and cell therapy and passionate about untangling complex data.

I started my career as a hands-on biologist specialized in state of the arts imaging. I soon became aware that while we were using the most advanced microscopes and acquiring groundbreaking imaging data, we could not get a full insight into what this data was telling us, due to lack of computational tools to interpret it. This moved me to transition in my career and I started developing computational frameworks to untangle the complex information from novel imaging data that my group generated. Additionally, I learned (single cell) gene expression data analysis and integrated this information with behavioral cell information derived from imaging. Finally, I got proficient in advanced statistical analysis to be able to identify meaningful patterns in our data.
